Friday at last and it's been a rather good day. Following on from what was the best Thursday I've ever had - today really was the icing on the cake. Looks like I can finally write an essay about Clint Eastwood; so long as I link it in some way to Spain, pah, that's the kind of thing I was born for.

Went to the cinema again tonight to see The Darjeeling Limited; the latest Wes Anderson film - it's not bad at all. In fact, it was really quite good; the kind of film you could watch again and pick up on stuff you've missed the first time.

Tomorrow it looks like I'm off to the lakes again; this time with my mother who's on her way up to Scotland - nice way to spend a weekend I'd say!
