After my Italian exam, I decided to head off to Birmingham - on the premise that I wanted to get some really nice doughnuts. I've been and come back, and brought a whole batch with me - boy did they taste good.

This was a welcome change from the boredom, and although I thoroughly enjoyed my trip out - nothing much happened of note.

I think I should mention that Barack Obama is now the democratic nominee for the American presidential elections. Will America vote for a black man as president? I sure hope so.
