Day 491 - 28th July 2008

Day 491

One of the positive aspects of the Pyrenees, at least in my eyes, is its nearness to Spain.

Spain is a country which fascinates me, laid back yet hard working, the quality of life there not only seems better to the casual tourist, but it probably is better than in France. Anyway, cheap, high quality food leads us to do our weekly food-shop there and today was that day.

This afternoon, I was unsuccessful in trying to track down a working internet connection, although I think it may be a problem with my computer, possibly windows Vista - oh well.

The internet can often be fun, for sure, but when you don't have it, you realise what a powerful research tool it is. We want to go and see the world fair in Zaragoza some time in the next week, but can't as no one seems to know anything about it - no internet means no easily accessible information.
