Today was much more relaxing than yesterday, with no parties or anything going on that involved being nice to people, I could just get on with some work.
This picture is of the view from my window, which is nice, taken during the ten minutes of blue sky during the day. In fact, today's weather was so miserable that sitting here now at half past midnight in an unheated room is warmer than sitting here this afternoon was. It just rains, and rains, and rains...
The clear sky is back tonight though, and as I walked over to the cottage at about midnight I looked up and saw the stars. It sounds like nothing, but it's been such a long time since I last saw the stars, what with being away one place or another, and only tonight did I realise how much I like looking up at them - I stood there for ten minutes!
