Day 1068

“Oh man, more pasta, more stuff on top. Wait a minuuuuute – how in God’s name did he stuff that chicken breast? It’s the greatest thing I ever saw!”

The answer, sadly, isn’t as clever as with the poached egg – I just cut down one side, making it into a sort of chicken wallet, then stuffed a load of bacon bits mixed with my own magical tarragon-mayo sauce. Sounds odd? Tastes amazing. In a way, it’s not much different to having a chicken and bacon salad sandwich – it’s just hot and on pasta.

It was so good that I had to get a picture, in the hope that a few years down the line when I’ve forgotten about it, I’ll come across this post and make it once again. Yes, it was that good.
